All shots are now tracked and I am now in the process of importing them into Houdini and rendering. I set up a circle of doors in Houdini so that when I import the scene from Nuke, I can put the door in the correct spot where it will get the right lighting.
I have 1 light acting as a sunlight then an HDRI for fill light and reflection. The sunlight gives me the contact shadow.
I've been having a lot of trouble with tracking in Nuke these past couple days. Some shots that I thought had a solid track were really slipping and it seems like no matter how much I try, I can't get it perfect. I've tried relying only on user tracks that I made sure followed frame by frame, but even that didn't work. I may have to do clean up for those shots as well. Anyway, here is the first version of door 1 with a rendered door and shadow.

I had a bit of a breakthrough today. This is the best track that I could get for the second door. It still slips slightly, but it's not as noticeable. Even less noticeable when I clean up a lot of the shells in the sand around the door.
For the cleanup, I had initially began to clone areas around the shells in Nuke. Eventually I thought about making 1 clean frame in Photoshop, putting it on a card, and plugging it into the scene. That worked a lot quicker for me. The only issue I got from that was the lighting change once I turned the camera. Animating the whitepoint on a grade node made that an easy fix.
I'm going to move into Houdini now.

I also made the tracking for the last door better.
